How do I use the Radhesive?

In using the Radhesive, you need to do the following steps. First, trim the adhesive strip to the required size if it is larger than your x-ray marker. Second, clean your x-ray marker to remove any dirt and grease before application. Third, remove the protective film on one side of the adhesive and press the adhesive to the x-ray marker. Finally, peel the other side of the adhesive strip.

Dab it on your clothing until it reaches the desired level of grip. If you dab it too much and it becomes weak, simply wipe clean with disinfecting wipes and the strength will be back to 100%.

What will I do if I receive a defective item?

Are there any conditions to be eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. How will I know if the return is received and accepted?

Can I reuse it?

Radhesive is reusable. When losing grip, simply wash and you can continue using it.

What will I do if my Radhesive is not strong enough, what will I do?

Rub the gel under running water to remove any contaminants and the grip will be back to normal. May provide more thorough cleaning with disinfecting wipes.

What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Gift cards are non-returnable items.

I have not received my refund yet. What will I do?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. What will I do if my Radhesive comes off the marker and stays on the IR?

Remove the Radhesive and clean the marker with disinfecting wipes. After they dry, firmly attach the Radhesive back onto the marker and make sure there is an even seal between the two. Then, dab the exposed side of the Radhesive on your scrubs to reduce grip, making the grip towards the marker stronger than the grip outside the marker.

What will I do if my Radhesive sticks strongly to my badge?

If the PVC card lacks a film layer, it will adhere very strongly to any adhesive. Your ID badge at one hospital may work and the one at your second job may not, it all depends on the card material. You can use marker holders like the ones we provide or purchase one with good reviews online.
